Zero Tolerance Policy

Luxus Taxi GmbH strictly adheres to the regulations as codified by the European Commission and as such, has a zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy for all chauffeurs using the viennaluxuscar.com platform to provide service. If you suspect a chauffeur is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, please ask to end the trip immediately, then call 911 or your local non-emergency assistance line. Please also report any violations of this policy to Luxus Taxi GmbH (luxuscar.wien@gmail.com).

Luxus Taxi GmbH provides transportation based solely upon chauffeur availability, without regard to geographic departure point or destination and without regard to race, color, national origin, religious belief or affiliation, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, disability, age, or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal or state law.
