Services Provided

We offer luxury car rentals exclusively with professional chauffeurs. Clients are not permitted to drive the rented vehicles. Our services include transportation for events, business travel, and special occasions, as outlined on our website or in your booking agreement.

Booking and Reservations

Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting our customer service team. Please note:

• Availability: Vehicle availability is subject to change and depends on fleet inventory at the time of booking.
• Confirmation: Once you complete a booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your reservation. A booking is not guaranteed until you receive this confirmation.
• Modifications: You may modify or cancel your booking in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Payment Terms

The following payment terms apply:

• Rental Fees: Rental fees must be paid in full at the time of booking or prior to the commencement of services, depending on the agreed terms.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website.

Chauffeur Service Terms

All vehicles rented from Luxus Taxi GmbH are operated by professional chauffeurs. By using our service, you agree to the following conditions:

• Exclusive Chauffeur Use: The client and any passengers may not drive the vehicle under any circumstances.
• Chauffeur Responsibility: Our chauffeurs are responsible for the operation, safety, and care of the vehicle during the rental period.
• Behavior in the Vehicle: Clients and passengers are expected to behave in a manner that ensures the safety of all individuals and the condition of the vehicle. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or engaging in illegal activities inside the vehicle is prohibited.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation under the following conditions:

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable.

Liability

The following terms apply to liability:

• Vehicle Damage: While our chauffeurs are responsible for the operation of the vehicle, clients are responsible for any damages caused by their actions or the actions of their passengers during the service.
• Personal Property: Luxus Taxi GmbH is not liable for any personal belongings left in the vehicle during or after the service.
• Accidents: In the event of an accident, Luxus Taxi GmbH will ensure that appropriate steps are taken to provide assistance. However, we are not liable for any injuries or losses incurred during the rental period.

Termination of Service

Luxus Taxi GmbH reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and stop services under the following conditions:

• Violation of any terms of this agreement.
• Unruly or unsafe behavior by the client or passengers.
• Non-payment of fees or failure to provide necessary documentation for service.

If services are terminated, no refunds will be issued, and additional charges may apply.

Governing Law
